Transportation
Shuttle Schedule:
Once you arrive in South Lake Tahoe, we have arranged transportation between all events for the weekend (except for the Sunday brunch) and South Lake Tahoe. Please note that due to the very, very limited amount of parking at all our venues, no personal vehicles are allowed at any of our venues.
Friday, June 12th - Welcome Party at Tahoe Beach Club Shuttle Schedule:
5:30 PM - Glenbrook Clubhouse (2070 Pray Meadow Rd, Glenbrook, NV)
6:00 PM - shuttles begin looping at:
Marriott Grand Residence
Margaritaville
Edgewood
Douglas County Administrative Building (175 Hwy 50, Stateline, NV)
*Please note, there is no public parking at the aforementioned hotels. If you plan to drive and need parking, you can do so at the Douglas County Administrative Building located at 175 Hwy 50, Stateline, NV. Otherwise, you are welcome to uber or walk to the hotels to catch the shuttle. Please do not uber to the venue.
Returns to the main stops will be available throughout the evening until 10:30 PM
Saturday, June 13th Wedding Day in Glenbrook Shuttle Schedule:
2:00 PM Marriott Grand Residence Club
2:00 PM Margaritaville
2:00 PM Edgewood
2:00 PM Tahoe Beach Club (pick up at TBC Clubhouse)
2:15 PM Douglas County Administrative Building (175 Hwy 50, Stateline, NV)

Flights: We recommend flying into either San Francisco International Airport (4 hour drive to South Lake Tahoe) or Reno-Tahoe International Airport (1 hour drive to South Lake Tahoe) and renting a car. Additionally, it is also possible to transport from Reno to South Lake Tahoe by bus or uber.
